Contrast Brasserie is a must for anyone staying or visiting Inverness. The Contrast Brasserie has superb views over the River Ness and during the summer months you can dine alfresco for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is relaxed yet chic, allowing you to dine and enjoy food especilly prepared for you by Rayner, Chris and their team. Come and sample the culinary delights created by our team of award winning chefs where we use local produce, complimented with individual wines sourced from vineyards all over the world and the best of our malt whiskies. For more relaxed moments take morning coffee or afternoon tea on one the terraces and unwind and while enjoying the views towards the mountains of the Scottish Highlands.
We offer a two-course lunch menu from just £6.95 per person, and a full a la carte menu is available for both lunch and dinner with our restaurant open until 10.00 pm daily. For anyone attending a performance at the recently refurbished Eden Court Theatre (which is only a five minute walk from the hotel) we have a pre theatre dinner special menu served from 5.00pm to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday and it starts from £6.95 per person. Every Sunday we serve our famous Sunday Roast from noon to 10.00pm with prices from just £9.95 per person.
To accompany your meal in Contrast we have a selection of fine wines, beers and soft drinks and carry a chef’s selection each day especially selected to compliment the locally served ingredients on the menu.
Scottish and Continental Breakfast is served every day in Contrast from 07.15am to 10.00am, Monday to Saturday and from 08.00am to 10.00am on a Sunday.
