and superb local produce has earned the fine dining restaurant

Opened last year, Contrast has rapidly become a “must” for locals and visitors to the Highland capital. The relaxed brasserie, offering affordable dishes from around the world prepared using the finest local ingredients even received a rare nod of approval from Gordon Ramsay.
