Arrive and relax around Home Made Afternoon Tea while reading through the set menu that you are going to prepare with our head chef William Hay, and the presentation of different Oil & Vineagar Products including a special offer voucher of 15% discount in their shops. A 3 course dinner will be booked for your first night in our buzzing "Contrast Brasserie". After a good night's sleep and a full Scottish breakfast to help an early start, 9.30am in the kitchen for briefing, 10 to 12noon: cookery stage, 12 to 12.35pm: 2 course lunch on our chef's table, 12.45 to 14.30pm cookery stage. The Afternoon free will give you time to go round Inverness and Discover the Oil & Vinegar Shop of Inverness, where you will be able to make full use of you voucher. Next Morning the bus will pick you up for a guided tour to Loch Ness, and then a Cruise on Loch Ness, then a visit of the famous Urquhart Castle, and its Audio Visual presentation. Coming back to Inverness a Guided Historical Tour will take you round the city centre and talk you throught Inverness Hitory and Secrets. The rest of the afternoon will be left free for you to discover inverness and it's Eastgate Shopping Centre. Coming back to the Hotel, a 3 course dinner will be booked in our 3 AA Rosette "Abstract Restaurant" on our Market Menu.
