Now that Summer is over, its very much time to ring the changes on our Contrast Restaurant menus to reflect the changing season. Over the coming weeks we're excited to be introducing some of Head Chef Andrea's new dishes showcasing the best of local produce.
For Autumn, our ever popular Perthshire lamb dish is served with a citrus colcannon, rosemary infused carrots and pickled red onions. Our hand-dived North Uist Scallops dish is now served with purple cauliflower puree, beetroot and coral powder. And we have a brand new vegetarian starter of marinated egg yolk, rosemary pomme puree, clava brie cream & truffle oil.
The a la carte menu is available seven days a week, 12 noon to 2.30pm and 5pm until 10pm and you can view it by clicking HERE.
