Our newest dessert combines two of our favourite things, cocktails and ice cream!
French sorrel ice cream sits on top of apples soused in whisky, vermouth and bitters, sprinkled with micro herbs and topped with a croustillant and served in a Manhattan cocktail glass as an homage to the famous cocktail that inspired the recipe.
